Terms of Service

Operation Moksha ยท The Moksha Protocol
Effective October 19, 2026 ยท Last updated October 13, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ('Terms') are an agreement between you and Operation Moksha, operated by Chris Orozco ('we', 'us'). They apply to your use of operationmoksha.com and to The Moksha Protocol, our 9-week live cohort program ('the Program'). By buying, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. If you don't agree, please don't enroll.

2. Nature of the Program and assumption of responsibility

Chris Orozco is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, physician, or other licensed mental health or medical professional, and nothing in the Program or on this website is intended as, or should be relied on as, psychological, medical, or other professional treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Your participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, for your decisions and actions, and for the outcomes of your participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks arising from your participation, and you release and agree not to hold Operation Moksha or Chris Orozco liable for any loss, harm, or damages arising from your participation in the Program or your use of its materials, except for harm caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.

3. The Program

The Program is a 9-week live cohort. The first live call is Thursday, November 19, 2026, and live calls are held weekly on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Live calls are audio and video recorded, and recordings are made available to enrolled participants. By joining a live call, you consent to being recorded. We may adjust the schedule, format, call times, or materials when needed and will give participants reasonable notice. If we cancel a live call, we will reschedule it or provide an equivalent session or recording.

4. Pricing and payment

Early-bird pricing is $2,000 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $725, available through November 2, 2026. Standard pricing is $2,500 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $900. Enrollment closes November 16, 2026. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Kajabi's payment processors, and we do not store your full card details.

5. Payment plan terms

If you choose the 3-payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the first installment at checkout and each remaining installment monthly, for a total of three payments. The payment plan does not renew after the third payment. It is an agreement to pay the full price in installments, and it does not cancel on its own if you stop attending. If a payment fails, we may retry it, ask you to update your payment method, and pause your access until your account is current. You remain responsible for all installments, subject to the refund policy below.

6. Refund policy

If the Program isn't a fit, you may request a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, at any time up to the end of the first live call on November 19, 2026. To request one, email us at the address in section 14 before that call ends. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. If you are on the payment plan, we will refund the installments you have paid, minus the $100 fee, and cancel any remaining installments. After the first live call ends, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, because the Program is a live group experience with limited seats and recordings are provided. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you file a payment dispute or chargeback for a charge that is covered by this refund policy, we may suspend your access and may share records of your enrollment and participation with your payment processor to respond to the dispute.

8. Your license and our intellectual property

All Program content, including videos, recordings, workbooks, slides, frameworks, written materials, and the name and logo of Operation Moksha and The Moksha Protocol, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. When you enroll, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal development. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish, record, or publicly post the Program or its materials, or share your login with anyone else. Doing so can lead to immediate suspension of your access without a refund and to legal action.

9. Community conduct and confidentiality

Participants will share personal experiences. Treat other participants with respect. Do not share what other participants say or reveal about themselves outside the Program, and do not record calls on your own. We may remove anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or violates these Terms.

10. No guarantee of results

We believe in the Program, but we do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and history. Testimonials and stories on our website describe individual experiences, are not typical or guaranteed, and do not predict your results.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program and website are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Operation Moksha and Chris Orozco will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost income or profits, arising from your use of the Program or website. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, share or resell materials, behave abusively toward others, or fail to pay amounts you owe. You may stop participating at any time, but stopping does not by itself entitle you to a refund or cancel unpaid installments (see sections 5 and 6).

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. General, changes, and contact

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new 'last updated' date, and changes apply going forward. If you continue to use the Program after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
