Operation Moksha ยท The Moksha Protocol
Effective October 19, 2026 ยท Last updated October 13, 2026

1. Who we are

Operation Moksha, operated by Chris Orozco ('we', 'us'), runs operationmoksha.com and The Moksha Protocol, a 9-week live cohort program. We are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Our website and program are hosted on the Kajabi platform. Our Terms of Service also apply.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you join our email list, fill out a form, or buy; billing details entered at checkout; messages you send us; and anything you choose to share in the Program, such as exercises, worksheet answers, comments, and what you say on live calls.

Payment information: payments are handled by Kajabi's payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We see limited details such as your name, email, the amount, and the status of your payment.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and similar usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

Live calls and recordings: live calls are audio and video recorded. By joining a call, you consent to being recorded. Your voice, image (if your camera is on), and anything you say may appear in recordings made available to enrolled participants.

Sensitive information: because the Program involves personal reflection, what you choose to share may include sensitive information, such as details about your emotional or mental wellbeing or relationships. Sharing it is your choice. We use it only to run the Program and support you, not to infer characteristics about you or for advertising.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the Program and give you access to it; process payments and prevent fraud; send you program updates and customer support messages; send marketing emails about our work and offers, which you can opt out of at any time; understand how our site is used and improve it; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Kajabi (website, checkout, email, and course delivery), its payment processors, email delivery and video call tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

5. Email and marketing choices

If you join our email list, we will send you emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You will still receive essential messages about your purchase or enrollment.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand traffic, and measure our marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you block them. Our site does not currently respond to 'Do Not Track' browser signals.

7. Confidentiality in the Program

We treat information you give us in the Program as confidential and do not share it publicly. Information you share on group calls may be heard by other participants and may appear in recordings, and participants agree not to repeat it outside the Program.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Program, support you, keep records for tax and legal purposes, and resolve disputes. Call recordings are kept for as long as the Program and its materials are offered to participants. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures, including the protections provided by our platform, to safeguard your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States and possibly other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, India, or another region with data protection laws, we rely on your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interests to process your data, and you may have additional rights, including to access, correct, delete, restrict, or move your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion of your information; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. California residents may also ask us once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures. To use your rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days, and we may need to verify your identity first.

12. Children

The Program and our website are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
