Our group is a supportive community of men committed to the pursuit of life purpose, the realization of true freedom, and the selfless service of living as love. Led by myself, this group provides a safe and confidential space for introspection and growth.

WHY Shadow Integration?

The concept of the shadow, as coined by psychologist Carl Jung, refers to the unconscious and repressed aspects of ourselves. By bringing these hidden elements to light, we can break free from self-limiting patterns, enhance self-awareness, and achieve a more authentic and fulfilling life.

WHAT Can You Expect?

Guided Discussions: Engage in meaningful conversations and guided discussions that delve into the depths of your psyche.

WHEN and WHERE?

Our Shadow Integration Men's Group meets once per week (4 calls per month), alternating between Tuesdays from 11:00am PST to 1:00pm PST and Saturdays from 9:00am PST to 10:30am PST. 

Space is limited to ensure an intimate and effective group dynamic.
